Care staff at a special nursing home

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1050 yen to 1250 yen

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Additional hourly wage (25% increase) will be applied during late night hours (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM).

We would like to provide nursing care services that support the overall caregiving life at a special nursing home.

・Physical assistance such as eating, excretion, bathing, etc.

・Changing, grooming, transfers, mobility assistance

・Environmental maintenance of living rooms and common spaces

・Recreation and daily life support

・Accompanying assistance when going out (no driving duties)

*This is a medium-sized facility with a capacity of 29 people (3 units x 9 to 10 people).

*Please work night shifts only after you have become accustomed to the work.
