Care worker at special nursing home

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1200 yen to 1350 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

My main job is to support the lives of residents at a special nursing home in Rikuzentakata City.

・Caring for residents' personal needs

・Bathroom assistance (clothing/removal/body washing follow-up)

・Excretion assistance (toilet attendant/diaper change)

・Help with meals (serving/monitoring/meal assistance)

・Help with linen changing, cleaning, laundry, etc.

・Position change (help with turning over)

・Appearance and oral care

- Someone to talk to and watch over

・Support for hobbies and leisure activities
