Salary Range: Hourly wage 1300 yen to 1400 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

Please provide the necessary nursing care for residents in a special nursing home.

・Bathing, eating, excretion assistance

・Medication assistance and living environment maintenance

・Support for recreation and leisure activities

・Recording work

・Outing support, planning and implementation of events, etc.

・Please gradually work the night shift once you get used to it (starting time, frequency, etc. negotiable)
