Care worker at special nursing home

Salary Range: Hourly wage: 1,050 yen to 1,400 yen

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

*No qualifications @ 1050 yen - 1200 yen, Beginner practitioner @ 1100 yen - 1300 yen, Care worker @ 1150 yen - 1400 yen

・Additional hourly wage (25% increase) will be applied during late night hours (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM).

You will be responsible for all nursing care duties at a special nursing home.

Assistance and support services for 9 to 10 residents per unit

・General assistance with meals, bathing, excretion, etc.

・Lifestyle support such as cleaning and laundry

・Events, recreation, etc.

・Recording work using PC input

・Night patrol and monitoring

・Other incidental duties

*During night shifts, there are two adjacent units (18-20 people)/one staff member.

(Other unit staff and night shift workers are also working.)

*We value each resident's individuality and provide daily support, mainly through assistance.

We aim to provide care that feels like family, asking questions such as, ``What kind of food would you like to eat today?'' ``Shall we go for a walk?''
