Salary Range: Hourly wage: 1,150 yen to 1,300 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

Responsible for providing home care services to residents.

Specifically, we would like to ask you to perform the following tasks:

・Physical assistance such as eating, bathing, and excretion

・Lifestyle assistance such as room cleaning and laundry

・Recreational activities with residents

・Cleaning inside the facility and other related duties

The facility, which can accommodate around 40 people, is a one-story building that reduces the burden of movement.

There are many gentle residents in their 90s, and we have warm conversations.

The relaxing atmosphere is appealing.
