Day service care worker

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1400 yen to 1450 yen

・Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and working conditions.

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

・If you work more than 20 hours a week, you will be eligible for social insurance.

You will be engaged in general care work as a care worker at a day service center (capacity: 40 people).

Main duties

・Meal assistance

We will help you enjoy delicious meals such as event meals in a safe and enjoyable manner.

・Excretion assistance and toilet guidance

We provide careful and timely guidance while respecting the dignity of our users.

・Watching and interacting on the floor

We will create an environment where you can feel at ease by paying attention to changes in your physical condition while enjoying stories.

・Implementation of recreation

Through seasonal events and plans, we support our users in creating a sense of purpose in life.

・Support for daily life

We will take care of your personal needs while valuing communication, such as providing transportation support.

*We provide daily life assistance while maintaining physical and mental function and valuing communication.

*There is no shuttle service.
