Group home care staff

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1,050 yen to 1,250 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

We will provide nursing care services to support the overall daily lives of our residents.

The main duties are as follows.

・Physical assistance such as eating, excretion, bathing, etc.

・Changing, grooming, transfer/mobility assistance

・Environmental maintenance of living rooms and common spaces

・Recreation and daily life support

・Other incidental duties (including cooking, recording, etc.)

*Usage capacity: 9 people

*Cooking duties include warming and plating.

We will entrust you with work according to your skills, while respecting your previous field experience and perspective on nursing care.
