Group home care staff

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1,150 yen to 1,300 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

Please support group home users with food, clothing, and shelter.

Main job content

・Meal assistance

・Diaper change, toilet guidance

・Physical care such as bathing assistance

・Watch over and talk to

・Easy meal preparation, etc.

*Small group care with a capacity of 18 people, 9 people per unit x 2 units

*Night shifts and early shifts are available 3 to 5 times a month.
