Group home care worker

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1200 yen to 1400 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

Life support for group home users (9 people)

・Meals (please prepare and serve meals together with customers)

・Bath (follow up on putting on and taking off clothes and washing the body)

・Toilet (guidance to the toilet, changing diapers, etc.)

・Watch over and talk to

・Other jobs include medicine management, simple recreation, and environmental conservation.
