Group home care worker

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1,200 yen to 1,350 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

You will be responsible for all nursing care duties within the group home.

・Physical assistance such as eating, bathing, and excretion

・Intervention and assistance during transfers, walking, etc.

・Support for going out to the hospital etc.

・Planning and implementation of recreation, functional training, and leisure activities

・Conferences, records, etc.

*Please gradually work on night shifts after getting used to the facility (starting time, number of shifts, etc. are negotiable)

*If you have a career break or are a beginner who is unsure about your experience or skills, our senior employees will carefully support you!

・We carry out many activities such as joint events and outings with the attached day service.
