Nursing care staff at paid nursing homes

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1,150 yen to 1,300 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

You will visit residents of paid nursing homes and engage in nursing care work.

・Meal assistance

・Excretion assistance

・Bathing assistance

・Living assistance (room cleaning, laundry, etc.)

*Night shift is staffed by one person.

*You may also work as a paid nursing home employee.

*You will return directly to your destination.
