Nursing care staff for short stays

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1050 yen to 1250 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

You will be providing nursing care for a short stay.

・Physical assistance such as eating, excretion, bathing (using a lift)

・Changing, grooming, transfers, mobility assistance

・Environmental maintenance of living rooms and common spaces

・Recreation and daily life support

・Luggage check when entering and leaving the facility

・Other incidental duties (including records, etc.)

*Number of users: Average of about 19 people per day

*There is no pick-up service.

*We have 8 staff members during the day and 2 staff members at night.
