Nursing home care staff

Salary Range: Hourly wage: 1,100 yen to 1,200 yen

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

You will be in charge of all nursing care work that supports the daily lives of 100 residents of a nursing home.

・You will be primarily responsible for assisting with daily activities such as eating, bathing, and toileting.

- Bathing assistance will be provided in accordance with the user's physical condition and with consideration given to safety.

- Housework assistance within the facility, such as laundry and room cleaning, is also an important part of the job.

・We also ask that you plan and implement recreational activities so that our users can have a change of pace.

・If you need to go to the hospital, a staff member will accompany you and provide transportation support.

・During the day, there are 10 staff members.
