Job Description:
You will be engaged in general nursing care work for a short stay (30 people/3 unit system).
Bathing assistance is not provided by dedicated staff.
The physical burden of nursing care is low, so you can continue providing care for a long time without worrying about your age.
Main duties
・Floor support and monitoring duties
・Excretion assistance, changing diaper pads
・Meal assistance
・Recreation work
・Functional training assistance (assistance with walking in the healing garden within the facility, simple games, etc.)
・Other support for users' daily life
