Small-scale multifunctional care staff

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1,150 yen to 1,300 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

This is a job where you will support the daily lives of users of small-scale multifunctional facilities.

・Capacity Registration: 25 people

Commuter service: 15 people/day

Accommodation service: 9 people/day

・Meal assistance

・Diaper change

・Physical care such as bathing assistance and monitoring

・Talking partner, etc.

・Transportation and visiting services

・Preparation for moving in and moving out

・In addition, you will also be responsible for simple recreation and nursing care record work.

There are always multiple nurses on-site, so you can feel safe in the event of an emergency.
