Small-scale multifunctional care staff

Salary Range: Hourly wage: 1,150 yen to 1,500 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

This is a night shift specialist nursing job in a small multi-functional facility.

25 registrants, 10 to 15 day service users, maximum of 9 overnight guests.

Job duties include toilet assistance, night patrol, diaper changing, meal preparation, meal assistance, monitoring, and talking partner.

There is work to record nursing care and maintain the environment, but there is no bathing assistance.
