"We cultivate individuals who find happiness by working in the medical and caregiving field.”
Hiro Career Staff Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 and began its specialized professional services in the medical and caregiving fields in 2006. As of 2022, we have celebrated our 16th year. Initially, our operations were limited to the three Tohoku prefectures including Iwate, but in response to societal needs, we have expanded our coverage area to include the entire Tohoku region, extending from Hokkaido in the north to Nagano Prefecture in the south.
In 2025, to address the significant shortage of approximately 430,000 personnel in the medical and caregiving industries, Hiro Career Staff will propose new ways of working and new career plans for medical and caregiving professionals. Our mission is to provide services that satisfy both our client companies and job seekers in the medical and caregiving professions. As evidence of this commitment, we regard "Customer First" (C1) as the core of our company's operations, which is shared by all employees.

The individuals working in the medical and caregiving industries are wonderful people who possess a spirit of dedication to society and others. By providing an environment where such individuals can feel happy and fulfilled in their work, which in turn leads to the growth of our business.
For the dispatched staff working with Hiro Career Staff, we provide tailored career support, peace of mind through welfare benefits, and support to reduce turnover at the facilities to which they are introduced. We believe that our daily efforts contribute to alleviating the shortage of personnel across the entire industry, and we will continue to expand our business.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support.

In addition to the "Care Staff Service," a service specializing in workers at nursing care facilities, we have developed the "Hiro Nurse Support," a human resources service specializing in hospital clinics. Taking advantage of our strengths as a specialist in the medical and nursing care industries, we provide one-stop services for recruitment, staffing, and human resource development. We provide optimal employment support for each job seeker.
With the goal of cultivating new caregiving professionals, we offer the "Care Worker Initial Training Course," an introductory caregiving course that has evolved from the former Home Helper Level 2 certification. This qualification is applicable not only for home-visit caregiving but also for working in residential facilities, and can be beneficial for volunteers and family caregivers as well. Our company conducts these courses regularly, primarily in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, and other locations throughout the prefecture.
We have been working with local governments to secure human resources and create jobs in the local area, such as employment and employment support projects for job seekers affected by the disaster, and monitoring support projects by medical and nursing care workers in coastal areas of Iwate Prefecture. Going forward, we will continue to actively promote support for the re-employment of seniors and support for the return to work of medical and nursing professionals.
