Article 1 (Scope of Service)

1. The "Website Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as "These Terms") shall apply to users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who utilize the various services (hereinafter referred to as "The Services") provided on the "Care Staff Service Website" http://www.care-staff.co.jp/ (hereinafter referred to as "The Website") operated by Hiro Career Staff Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "The Company").

2. User shall agree to all the contents of These Terms, and The Company shall deem that the user has accepted all the contents of These Terms at the time they use The Website.

Article 2 (Responsibilities of Users)

1. Users shall use this site or register with the Company at their own will and responsibility.

(4) Actions that infringe upon or may infringe upon the rights, interests, reputation rights, privacy rights, or other rights under laws or contracts of our company or third parties.

(5) Actions that obstruct or may obstruct the smooth operation of the Company’s business or the provision of The Services.

(6) Actions that destroy or disrupt the functionality of the Company’s servers or networks.

(7) Using the Services for purposes other than those intended by the Company.

(8) Intentionally registering or providing false or inaccurate information.

Article 7 (Changes to the Service)

The Company may change The Services without prior notice to Users, and Users shall agree to this in advance.

The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of The Services without prior notice to Users if it determines that any of the following circumstances apply:

(1) Regular maintenance, inspection, or updates to the system related to the Services, or the occurrence of an emergency situation requiring such actions.

(2)Difficulty in providing The Services due to force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or other natural disasters.

(3) Suspension of computer or communication lines due to an accident.

(4) Other circumstances where the Company determines that providing The Services is difficult.

The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages incurred by Users as a result of the suspension or interruption of The Services, regardless of the reason.

Article 8 (Usage Restrictions and Account Deletion)

The Company may immediately restrict the use of all or part of The Services or delete a User's account without prior notice if the User falls under any of the following conditions:

(1) If Users violates These Terms.

(2) If The Company deems the Users to be inappropriate as a user of The Services.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of actions taken by the Company under this Article, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 9 (Copyright)

Unless otherwise specifically stated, the copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the information, content, trademarks, logos, etc., used or displayed in the provision of The Services belong to The Company.

The Company prohibits Users from diverting or reproducing part or all of these as they are or by modifying them beyond the scope of personal use or other use explicitly permitted by law without obtaining prior written consent from The Company.

Article 10 (Elimination of Anti-Social Forces)

Users represent that they do not belong to any anti-social forces (such as organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, individuals who have not been removed from organized crime groups for five years, quasi-members of organized crime groups, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, corporate extortionists, or any other equivalent group), and that they will not engage in any violent acts, fraudulent or threatening behavior, obstruction of business, or provide convenience or benefits through illegal activities, both now and in the future.

If Users violates the provisions of the preceding paragraph, The Company may take measures such as suspending Users' access to The Services or deleting their account without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages that may occur as a result of such actions.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

While The Company takes great care in providing The Services, it does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, usefulness, timeliness, or completeness of the information on The Website.

The Company does not guarantee that the functions of the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from the presence of computer viruses or other harmful elements on The Website or its servers.

The Company will not compensate for any damages arising from the Users' use of The Website. Additionally, The Company is not responsible for the content of any other websites linked to this Website.

Article 12 (Compensation for Damages)

Users shall be liable for compensation for any damage caused to The Company or a third party due to the Users' violation of laws and regulations and the provisions of this agreement.

Article 13 (Governing Law)

The interpretation of These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Article 14 (Court of Jurisdiction)

In the event of any disputes between the Users and The Company related to the Services, both parties shall engage in good-faith discussions to resolve the matter.

Any disputes or claims related to The Services and These Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Morioka District Court as the court of first instance.
