2. About job applications

I apply for multiple jobs?

It is possible to apply for multiple jobs.

I have applied for a job online before, can I apply again?

You can apply as many times as you like. Since we have a history of previous applications, you can contact us instead of applying again . If you have already registered, you can directly ask the coordinator in charge to introduce you to a job.

Can I cancel my online job application or web registration?

Please send an email to jobinfo2@care-staff.co.jp with your name, address, and phone number. After the deletion is complete, the management office will contact you by email to notify you of the completion.

3. Employee benefits, social insurance, etc.

I want to know the requirements for joining social insurance.

Those who work 6 hours or more per day and 17 days or more per month are eligible to enroll in social insurance.

Can I work within the scope of my family's support?

Yes, that is possible. We will discuss this with you based on your family situation and working conditions.

Who can use the qualification acquisition subsidy system?

This system is available to those who have worked at Hiro Career Staff for more than 6 months and who work for more than 140 hours. This system is also available to those who wish to work at Hiro Career Staff for more than 6 months after obtaining qualifications. Are paid holidays provided?

Yes, that is possible. Those who have worked 80% or more of the scheduled working days and have been working for more than six months after joining the company will be granted the statutory number of days off.

Where should I apply for paid leave?

Is there any assistance for vaccination costs?

Half-price subsidies are available for influenza vaccinations only, and are available to temporary staff with one year or more of continuous employment.

4. Those who have started temporary employment

What documents do I need to start working at Care Staff Service?

When you sign a contract with Hiro Career Staff, you will be given a list of required documents, so please check them.

Should I contact the placement facility or the Hiro Career staff regarding lateness, absence, etc.?

First, contact the placement company. Then, contact the coordinator in charge.

If the train is delayed and I submit a "Delay Certificate", will I still be paid for that time?

Hiro Career Staff's temporary employment services only pay for the hours you work. If there are delays or other issues, we will not be able to pay for those hours.

If I have something I want to discuss at work, who should I talk to?

Please first consult with the Hiro Career staff coordinator in charge. The coordinator will then consult with the facility staff

If the facility where I am currently working does not suit me, can I change it?

As a general rule, if your dispatch contract has not yet expired, we will introduce you to another facility after the expiration date. Please contact the coordinator in charge in advance to that effect.

When will I be paid?

Payment is made at the end of each month and on the 25th of the following month. Daily or weekly payments are not available.

I haven't received my health insurance card yet, but I have plans to go to the hospital. What should I do?

We can issue a certificate of health insurance eligibility. (※Please contact the person in charge in advance if necessary.) Please present this to the medical institution when you visit.

Can I check my pay slip on the website?

Is there a deadline for submitting time cards?

Deadline is at the end of each month. Please send your application by the 1st of the following month to the designated fax number or hand it over directly to the coordinator

Can you do year-end tax adjustments?

Yes, you can. This applies to those who are employed as of December of each year. If you leave your job at any other time, you will need to file a tax return at your new employer or by yourself.

Can I get a resident tax deduction?

I would like to take time off work during the snowy season and start working again in the spring. Is this possible?

Yes, that is possible. When you start working, you will discuss this with your coordinator and decide on the contract period.

What happens to my temporary employment if I become unable to work due to a personal accident or illness?

5. People who are leaving or looking for a job

Who should I contact if I want to resign?

Please contact the coordinator in charge first. The coordinator will explain the details to the facility where you work.

Please tell me the deadline, where to submit, and format for submitting my resignation request?

Please submit your resignation request (a standard format is available, but you can also create your own form) to your coordinator or the branch office you belong to at least one month before the date you wish to resign.

I want to become a permanent employee at my current temporary workplace. What procedures do I need to follow?

What should I return to the company when I leave?
