We have summarized the process from consultation and registration to employment. Our company’s coordinators will support you at every step, so you can change jobs with confidence! Career consultation, job introduction, and job decision are all free of charge."

  • STEP 1

    Change Consultation ・ Job Application

    Please fill in the required information on either the 'Job Application,' or 'Contact Us' form on our website and submit it. You will be contacted by the administration office within three business days.

  • STEP 2

    Adjustment of Consultation ・ Schedule Meeting Location

    Our coordinators from each area will contact you to adjust the schedule for meeting. The meeting place and time will be arranged according to your convenience, so if you are currently employed and can only meet at night, prefer weekends, or are far from the Care Staff Service office, please feel free to let us know your preferences. All job change consultations and meetings with Care Staff Service are one-on-one, so you can discuss private matters with confidence. Additionally, we also offer individual consultations on-site in various prefectures.

  • STEP 3

    Adjustment of Consultation ・ Schedule Meeting Location

    First, please let us know your desired conditions. If you are still unsure about changing jobs, our coordinators can also help you decide on your job change conditions. For those who wish to be introduced to jobs immediately, we will match current job openings to your desired conditions. If there are no suitable job openings at the moment, we can negotiate with job facilities for your conditions or search for new job listings from scratch. Many job opportunities are not listed on our website, so consulting with us first is the best way to find a good job change.

  • STEP 4

    Facility Tour ・ Workplace Interview

    If you find a job that interests you, the next step is to visit the facility to understand the atmosphere and meet the staff you’ll be working with. At Care Staff Service, we strongly recommend this visit to minimize any mismatch after employment. During the visit, you will also have the opportunity to ask questions during the interview with the facility. If, after the visit, you feel it’s not the right fit, you can decline. Some people choose to explore multiple job options and visit several facilities, so please feel free to visit and see if it’s the right match for you.

  • STEP 5

    Final Confirmation of Employment Conditions ・ Explanation of Employment Start

    Once you have decided to work at the facility after the visit, we will finalize the employment conditions and set the start date. The coordinator will provide guidance on everything you need for the first day of work, including what to bring, parking, entrance, changing rooms, and more. If you have any concerns, please feel free to ask as many questions as you need, and we will provide clear answers.

  • STEP 6

    Start of Employment

    On your first day of work, the assigned coordinator will accompany you to the facility and hand you over to the facility staff according to your start time. Everyone feels nervous at a new place, but we will follow up with you via phone or email after your first day. If you are working as a temp, we will continue to support you by regularly visiting the facility, so please feel free to rely on us anytime. Even during job placement, if you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us at any time.
