If all required identification criteria set by Our Company are met, the Company will regard the request as having been made by the user themselves and respond accordingly.

However, even if the request is made by a third party who has obtained the user’s personal information or identification documents without authorization, Our Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to such response, unless caused by Our Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Voluntariness

If you do not enter required fields on our service forms, you may not be able to receive the service.
