Job Description:
This job provides support to users of small, multi-functional facilities (a facility that combines commuting, accommodation and visiting) in their daily lives.
Capacity is 25 people, with an average of 15-22 users.
The average number of home care services is 4.5 per day, with a maximum of 9 accommodation users.
*Day service is mainly used during the day.
Since I work mainly for night shifts, I mainly work as a physical care service such as meal assistance and diaper changing, cooking meals, watching over me, and talking to someone.
In addition, you will also be working on environmental improvement and nursing care records.
*There will be no assistance in the bath or a shuttle service.
