Dispatch/hourly wage

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Additional hourly wage (25% increase) will be applied during late night hours (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM)

・Basic hourly wage: 1050 yen to 1250 yen

[Other allowances]

・Night shift allowance: 7,000 yen/time

*Hourly wage including night shift allowance: 1,516 yen to 1,716 yen

・Working improvement allowance: Yes (paid monthly depending on the number of working years)

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Salary increase: Once a year (depending on work performance, etc.)

・No bonus

・Retirement allowance system available: Paid if dispatched for more than 3 years
