Job Description:

You will support users in their daily lives at a [small multi-functional facility] with a capacity of 25 people.

Up to 15 people can attend per day, and 9 people can stay overnight, and we will provide services that match the wishes of the users.

During the visits, there is not much physical care involved, and the focus is on delivering meals, checking on the patient's safety, and monitoring the patient's medication intake.

You will also be responsible for driving the company car when picking up and dropping off customers.
