Salary Range: Hourly wage 1200 yen to 1400 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Opened in 2002, this is a one-story group home with a capacity of 18 people (2 units/all private rooms).

・There are two buildings, one Japanese-style and one Western-style, and it is located in a peaceful environment overlooking the countryside.

・It is operated by a social welfare corporation and also has nursing care facilities such as special nursing homes and day services!

・Employees have a male:female ratio of approximately 3:4, with a slightly higher proportion of women, and a good balance of people in their 20s to 60s.
