This service is a combination of ``regular visits,'' in which we visit multiple times a day to provide short-term services, and ``on-the-moment, on-demand visits,'' in which operators respond 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to reports from customers and their families, such as when their physical condition suddenly changes, and rush to their homes as needed.This service is available to those who have been certified as needing long-term care 1 to 5.

Dispatch/hourly wage

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.
