・Physical assistance in daily life: We carefully provide support necessary for daily life, such as bathing, toileting, and eating.

・Moving and transfer support: We protect the safety of users and ensure a comfortable lifestyle.

・Recreation: Provide fun time that adds color to daily life.

・Other incidental duties

*For those who are able to work night shifts, approximately 4 to 6 times a month

*Night shift will accommodate 17 people with one person.

Dispatch/hourly wage

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.
