Nursing care staff at a unit-type special nursing home

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1400 yen to 1450 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

General care work in special nursing homes

・Assistance with eating, bathing, and excretion

・Cleaning, laundry

・Recreation planning and implementation

・Family friendly

・Record creation, etc.

*Our senior employees will provide friendly support for those who have no experience in the field or beginners who are unsure about their experience or skills.

Job details

・No experience required as long as you have qualifications (beginner training or above) (experienced and qualified persons preferred)

・For those without qualifications, experience in nursing care is required for application (more than 1 year in total)

・We also support those who are new to working in a special care facility or who have no experience working in a residential facility!

・We are actively recruiting people who can work early and late shifts (shifts such as working only early or only late can be negotiated)

・You can work as many days as you like between 3 and 5 days a week (Number of working days is negotiable)

・We are actively recruiting people who can work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (if you can work every other week, you can apply)

・Start date is negotiable.
