Nursing home care staff

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1050 yen to 1350 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

Please provide nursing care services at a nursing home.

・Meal and excretion assistance

・Physical assistance such as bathing

・Changing, grooming, and transfer assistance

・Mobility assistance

・Environmental maintenance of living rooms and common spaces

・Recreation and daily life support

・Accompaniment when going out (accompanying when going to the hospital)

・Other incidental duties (including records, etc.)
