Small-scale multifunctional care worker

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1,150 yen to 1,350 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

Small-scale multifunctional facility (facility with services that combine commuting, lodging, and visiting)

Your job will be to support facility users in their daily lives.

During the day, the focus will be on day services.

My work is mainly

This includes physical care such as meal assistance, diaper changing, bathing assistance, monitoring, and talking companions.

In addition, you will also be responsible for simple recreation and nursing care records.

If possible, please provide driving and transportation.

Capacity 29 people Average user 23, 24 people

The average number of home care visits is 4 to 5 per day, with a maximum of 9 overnight guests.

About your job

You can become a full-time employee after working as a temporary worker (about 6 months)
