Salary Range: Hourly wage 1200 yen to 1300 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Night shift allowance available: 3000 yen/time

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

Please support the daily life of the users at a special nursing home in Matsukaze-cho, Hakodate City.

This is a workplace where we work as a team to support our users while collaborating with medical and welfare departments.

*This facility accommodates 50 special care residents and 13 short-term residents.
