Care staff at a special nursing home

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1100 yen to 1200 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

Please provide assistance with daily living at a special nursing home.

・Nursing duties such as eating, bathing, excretion, transportation, and transfers

・Events such as birthday parties and recreational activities are also held.

・Records are entered into nursing care software using a computer or tablet.

・Introduced 20 sleep scanners.

This is a job opening for temporary care staff for a special nursing home.

Since you will be working as a temporary staff member at our company, you will be able to adjust your work shifts.

Shifts can be adjusted to include night shifts and other shifts, such as early shifts and night shifts only, late shifts and night shifts only, etc.

Consultations regarding side jobs are also possible.

You will be provided with a proper instructor until you get used to the work.
