Care Staff for Overnight Day Service

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1050 yen to 1200 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

*Possible to be promoted to full-time employee

*Treatments after direct employment differ.

You will be engaged in general care support for residents of paid nursing homes.

・Meal assistance

・Bathing assistance

・Excretion assistance

・Night shifts average about 7 times a month

*Working hours are 40 hours per week on average, but this will be adjusted over the course of a month as night shifts are 14 hours at a time.
