Care worker at nursing care facility for the elderly

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1,050 yen to 1,250 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

We will provide nursing care services that support the overall life of the user.

The main duties are as follows.

・Physical assistance such as eating, excretion, bathing, etc.

・Changing, grooming, transfer/mobility assistance

・Support for life training necessary for independence

・Environmental maintenance of rooms and common spaces

・Recreation and daily life support

・Accompaniment when going out

・Other incidental duties (including records, etc.)

*Capacity: 60 people

*There is also collaboration work with other professions such as nurses and support counselors.
