Caregiver at a paid senior living facility

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1150 yen to 1300 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

You will be responsible for all nursing care duties at a 12-room, tranquil paid nursing home located in Aiura, Aomori City.

・Simple cooking assistance such as meal serving, assistance, and plating

・Excretion support such as toilet guidance and diaper changing

・Creating a clean environment such as cleaning and laundry within the facility

・Communication and monitoring with users

Shoveling snow, which is a laborious task in the winter, is handled by male staff, so you don't have to worry about your physical strength.

Even if you are qualified but have little practical experience, our seniors will provide one-on-one guidance.
