Salary Range: Hourly wage 1300 yen to 1450 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

You will be responsible for all nursing care duties at a community-based special nursing home (capacity: 29 people).

Main duties

・Bathing assistance (private bath/special bath)

・Transfer assistance

・Meal assistance

・Excretion assistance/diaper assistance

・Assistance of getting out of bed and lying down

・Ancillary work related to daily life support

*Nursing staff and nursing staff work together in cooperation with each other.

・Opened in April 2012

・We have a community-based special nursing home with a capacity of 29 people/3 units/completely private rooms and a short stay facility with a capacity of 4 people/private rooms.

・We value contact with family and friends and connections with the local community, and actively accept visits with families and volunteers.
