Dementia group home care worker

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1350 yen to 1450 yen

・Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and working conditions.

・Working late at night and early in the morning (10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

・If you work more than 20 hours a week, you will be eligible for social insurance.

You will be responsible for all caregiving duties at a dementia group home (capacity: 18 people/2 units).

Main duties

・Meal assistance

・Sleep care work

・Nighttime patrol work/call response

・Transfer assistance

・Assistance of getting out of bed and lying down

・Excretion assistance/diaper assistance

・Cooking work

・Other incidental work related to daily life support
