Group home care staff

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1,100 yen to 1,200 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

Please provide general nursing care services at the group home.

Main duties

・Food assistance, bathing assistance, excretion assistance, etc. for users

・Support for recreation and events

・Cooking, environmental maintenance

・Other incidental duties

*Cooking is only a help.
