Group home care staff

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1050 yen to 1250 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

We will provide nursing care services to support the overall daily lives of our residents.

・Physical assistance such as eating, excretion, bathing, etc.

・Changing, grooming, and transfers

・Mobility assistance

・Environmental maintenance of living rooms and common spaces

・Recreation and daily life support

・Other incidental duties (including cooking, recording, etc.)

While respecting your previous field experience and perspective on nursing care, we will entrust you with tasks that match your skills.
