Nursing care staff at special nursing homes

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1,150 yen to 1,300 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

You will be responsible for supporting the residents of the special nursing home with food, clothing, and shelter.

Example of work content

・Assistance to get out of bed

・Meal assistance

・Toilet guidance, diaper changing

・Bath assistance

・Recreational activities

・Watching over you, talking to you, nursing care records, etc.
