Nursing care staff for short stays

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1350 yen to 1450 yen

・Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and working conditions.

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system available (3 years or more of service)

・If you work more than 20 hours a week, you will be eligible for social insurance.

You will be engaged in general nursing care work for a short stay (30 people/3 unit system).

Main duties

・Floor support and monitoring duties

・Meal plating, serving and preparation of meals

・Outside bathing assistance (there is no inside assistance service)

・Excretion assistance, changing diaper pads

・Meal assistance

・Recreation work

・Functional training assistance (assistance with walking in the healing garden within the facility, simple games, etc.)

・Other incidental work related to daily life support
