Nursing home care staff

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1,150 yen to 1,300 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

At a conventional special nursing home with a capacity of 100 people, we provide care for the users with their ``food, clothing, and shelter,'' and we take care of all the nursing care duties that support a healthy daily life.

・Physical assistance in daily life: Carefully assisting with eating, bathing, guiding patients to the toilet, changing diapers, etc.

・Support to improve quality of life: We support independent living through assistance with getting out of bed and mobility.

- Heart-to-heart communication: Enjoy talking with others, watching over them, and attending events such as birthday parties together.

・Record of daily activities: Accurately record changes in users and share information within the team.

・Recreation management We share joy through seasonal events such as Setsubun and cherry blossom viewing.
