Nursing home care worker

Salary Range: Hourly wage 1,200 yen to 1,350 yen

・Salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and working conditions

・Working late at night (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the next day) will result in a premium hourly wage (25% increase).

・Transportation expenses provided (regulations apply)

・Retirement allowance system (3 years or more of service)

- Social insurance is available if you work more than 20 hours a week.

General nursing care work and general daily life support work for users within the facility.

・Capacity: 60 long-term people, 10 short-term people, all private rooms

・Meal assistance, excretion assistance

・Transfer assistance

・Oral care

・Waking up and sleeping assistance

・Nursing care records (using a computer), etc.

・There are 8 bathrooms in total, with a shared toilet in the changing room, and 2 special bathtubs, one with a mist bath.

・We aim to provide a life that is no different from home life, while asking the question, ``Would I do this at home?''
